Ms. Li Bin, Deputy Director General of SAFEA (State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs), met Ms. Laurie Denham, Executive Director of ASTL and Mr. Chung Tam, Chief Representative of ASTL China Office at Foreign Expert Mansion on March 27, 2008.
