New CTL Training Center Established in Hubei Province

American Society of Transportation and Logistics (ASTL) and Wuhan University reached an agreement on CTL (Certification in Transportation and Logistics Program) cooperation in May 2009. In the second half of the year, Wuhan University Zhuoyu Educational Training Center will start to hold the CTL training.
